Supreme Care Services is proud to celebrate the first group of staff who have successfully completed the new Level 2 Adult Care Certificate.
Our Level 2 Adult Care Certificate programme commenced in 2025 with 150 members of staff. We are delighted to announce that 93 staff members have now completed the qualification, while many others are completing their final units and preparing to reach this important milestone.
This achievement reflects the commitment, resilience and determination of our staff. Completing a qualification while managing work, family responsibilities and the demands of providing high-quality care requires discipline and perseverance. We congratulate every learner who remained focused and committed throughout the programme.
The Level 2 Adult Care Certificate provides staff with an opportunity to strengthen their knowledge, develop their practical skills and gain a recognised qualification within the health and social care sector. The learning gained through the programme can support greater confidence, improved professional practice and better outcomes for the people we support.
To our colleagues who are still completing the programme, please keep going. Every unit completed brings you closer to achieving your qualification. Continue to ask for support when needed, set aside regular study time and remember why you started.
